On the plus side you can think of it as "modular" instead of a wrapper. It is nice that the wrapper works for other programs and not just P5 and Sonar.

I know cakewalk has sold out its last production run, so its going to be extreamly difficult to find a store that carrrys it, the only things I have seen are Academic versions.

I picked up v1 from audiomidi.com for $174 3 days ago. I got a couple e-mails that it was back-ordered and figured I was SOL - but I got the UPS ship notification last night. They may still have some copies available.
