griels, you might want to change the date given as voting cutoff in the July submissions thread. It's already passed! Shit!

Who Or what is griels, and Am I in the wrong tread, for this competition?

This 'Gossip' thread is just for discussing the July monthly competition and entries. There's another thread - 'Rules and Submissions' where you post a direct link to your song if you want to enter the contest.

The best Drum n Bass divas are quiet and subdued. They typically are pretty faceless and they instead depend on a hot beat, a catchy lead phrase and hook. i plan to do just that this month.

yes. i love them and Reprazent but i loved Breakbeat Era more than the 2nd Reprazent album.

I got to see them live as well and Roni came and checked me out when I performed at Roseland in NYC hehe.

Have listened. And while you won't be the first to win two contests back to back, I think I'm fairly safe in saying you might just the first to submit a pre-recorded track that both fades out at the end *and* fades in the beginning because you were far too lazy to create an entry specifically for the contest, as prescribed by the rules.

So thanks again for pissing on the spirit of what we're trying to create here.
