Hi Tim

Sorry yes Spiritualized are/were(?) a band. I really think you would like their stuff as it combines big time spaciness with real guitars (!) and is generally superb. Also my favourite album cover of all time:

I think you'd like em!

Seconded on Lazer Guided Melodies

I had the Fantastic Luck of seeing them here (in Limerick!!!) two years ago - a small little club PACKED to the rafters with about 750 other folks. Their light rig took up most of the tiny stage... a mate that was doing sound said they soundchecked for 45 mins and tested the lights for two hours :hihi:

A wall of noise and light!!!

Amazing!

Hey Tim
Sometimmes once you log into the auditorium ... then you need to re-enter the file addy in the browser and then it will let you get the files. (I copy paste the addy)
Maybe that's it?

U-welcome!

I tried backing off on the FX on a lot of the presets, which actually taught me more about how some of the FX were working. And since it's natural to try and make long evolving sounds with Cygnus, I tried not to do that on many of these and went for short or no Sustain, using faster attacks and using Decay and Release a lot more.

GOT 'EM and thanks!

really like the titles you gave the patches too! Glad to see someone besides myself listens to subotnick. LOL

also did you know there is a star formation actually called The Star Gate? It actually points to a galaxy ( m104..the sombraro galaxy) Its a perfect triangle, and within that triangle is another perfect triangle of stars. So, its called The Star Gate..pretty cool!

I'm glad someone--you most of all--commented on the titles. Several of the ones I've done come from a sci-fi novel I wrote (unpublished), though looks like only one of them in this bank came from that (InnerDominance). I tried to find titles that made some reference to the way the preset sounds, though some are a little whimsical--but I try to keep the stellar references in those names (BrownDwarfKebobs :hihi: and PavlovsDogStar for example).

I hadn't heard of The Star Gate, though. I'll have to look that one up. The sombrero gallaxy I'm familiar with.

Hope you like the presets as much as their titles :D
