Thanks for registering to share your opinions!
I have read this forum years. I had an old account with my gmail address but it was with old user name so I created a new one with my current username that I use everywhere. It was an honest opinion about Lush.

I have no idea what happened to my account.

Eaten by monkeys I reckon!

Godknows. Great little synth.
Gforce was years ahead of the curve for delivering quality VA softsynths.

So I get a 10% discount that I HAVE to use by 30th November. :?

I can guarantee you that'll mean I don't buy this thing now. The price is already relatively high, and the discount is pretty insulting. 10% is almost meaningless and I don't see why I should have to buy it within a certain timeframe. It's not possible for me to buy it in this timeframe anyway.

Poor show tbh.
I own the other 10 plugins, 3 bought secondhand/transfered - 7 direct from D16, my discount is 20%....

Underwhelmed by discount, I'll check the demo - but the excitement has all but...

Could of been a bit more generous - was expecting 30% to 33%, I might of bit for sure, anyway - demo...

... and now very close to releasing 64 bit...

Yep, this is silly. I really really really don't need a keyboard taking up one third of the ui and making my eyes sore due to the garden-gnomified text size. Don't they want people above 40 to use it? Grrrrrr.

Did anyone manage to get some really deep (earth shattering...) Bass sounds with LuSH-101?

I made a quite nice one in TAL BassLine but so far it's impossible to get such sounds in LuSH-101. Even adding the Sub Osc does not really make a big difference.

Here is a preset done with TAL BassLine (no FXs added):
TAL Bassline_Bass Demo 01

So far it was no big problem doing such sounds with most of the newer VA synths (e.g. Saurus, Oxium, Diva etc.).

Either i'm stupid or such sounds are not possible in LuSH-101 which would be strange. Usually i'm quite good in finding my way around new synths but in this case maybe i have missed something. Or not?

I think the mono filter env trigger is bugged. It act as it was set always to gate. Trig mode is not working?

From the manual:

Trigger - This parameter decides when the Envelope is triggered. We have the following values to choose from:
• Trig - Each incoming to LuSH-101 note re-triggers an Envelope.
• Gate - The note re-triggers Envelope if any other note is not played at the moment. Therefore, the trigger is not
generated for overlapping notes.

Trig and Gate behave differently only in Mono mode, in Poly mode there is no difference between Trig or Gate.

I have the same impression Ignonator, Lush just doesn't have the balls of the real sh-101 .. that's my impression anyway, and I have owned sh-101 AND mc-202 in the past
circuit modeling and 0-dfb filters are cool

High CPU usage on an i7 and price point at 20% are making me turn away...

I really like the Pad sounds. This is were the layering really shines!

Some very cool synthesized choirs, organs etc. Putting Arp to one layer gives the pad nice movement etc.

I have to say, I am really impressed with the presets, there are just so many and so many of them are by Sebastian himself. Infact I am stunned he made so made decent presets.
