Allright, I'll take Diversion then. (Getting a new comp soon ;) )

Diversion does sound great and is nice for some fun growls and such... But does use some CPU...

I'd like the Tritik tkDelay, if that's still up for grabs!

I have to say, it was a real honour to have my song in the top 5! I love everything about the OSC... not only is it great practise for synth programming, mixing and getting the most out of the DAW, but you also get to hear some fresh new music from some great producers, AND you get quality feedback. Just great.

(now I just wish that there were more free synths for Mac...)

Congratulations to Z and the other winners. Lots of great sounding tracks this month, including several that were refreshingly musical and not too focused on drums and dance or trance style production. I would love to see that trend continue.

Thanks to BJ for holding this thing together each month.
My request for January is a Mac compatible synth!

Wishing everyone in the OSC Happy Holidays!

FYI
(I seem to remember this happening another time- but anyway..)
went to check out the entries, and the sites.google.com address switches almost immediately to this: https://docs.google.com/comments/d/AAHR ... rue&pref=2 which at least for me displays as a giant wall of code.
Music can no longer soothe the worried thoughts of monarchs; it can only tell you when it's time to buy margarine or copulate. -xoxos
Discontinue use if rash or irritation develops.

Congrats to the winners, great work guys!
And to all participants, really high quality stuff this month from everyone. There were more tied scores than I've ever seen this month too...

I think I'll be taking a break for this next one, lots to do over the holidays.
and although br808 looks amazing, working with it is giving me a headache what with all these midi outs to use all 16 channels and blah blah blah you know, just not fun like OXE was. OXE was just so much FUN.

Well I'll see you all in the new year

I guess I can say thanks for this as I reckon my track fell into that category (still not likely to rise to the dizzy heights of a Z' - but hey, I still enjoy making tracks in many styles.) :tu:

Next one IS musical too, and probably an expression of my madness - hehe - :dog:

Thanks Steven, nice to be "appreciated". :tu: The BR808 is definitely the maddest, except perhaps doing the Bluegrass for the TAL Bassline :hihi: It's sort of "what would you NOT do with the synth rather than what would/could do with it" approach! Definitely makes you think harder when you try to bend the rules somewhat.

Happy Christmas/Holidays to you and family. Ho Ho Ho!
