YES! I finally got the stealth version as wellPeevy2000 wrote: I love this guitar so much, I might eventually get a stealth version as well:
Maybe have a bit of a Yin Yang theme goingProbably have to sell some gear first though.

Got it at a great price (£599 minus the case) The white MIJ 1 cost me about £850 last year. I wouldn't have been willing to fork out £850 for another, now that they're made in China instead of Japan. But the Chinese made Stealth actually feels slightly better in quality than the MIJ one.
I'll have to get a side by side pic up.

He and I still talk by e-mail every so often. I get the feeling he's choosing to stay away from forums.nix808 wrote:Has anybody any news of SusiWong,

He's smarter than I. In fact I probably am the one who scared him away.Uncle E wrote:He and I still talk by e-mail every so often. I get the feeling he's choosing to stay away from forums.nix808 wrote:Has anybody any news of SusiWong,

Re: True Temperament. I've played it, it works brilliantly and feels about the same as playing regular frets. If it were affordable, I'd install it in an instant.

you bend one string and what good is it?...I like guitars as they have been all my life, imperfect...the stuff like TT is imho for those who get sunburns inside their nose

Tomorrow is Ibanez time again, It is a model they have or are discontinuing so its going for a song, The newest version of the RGD320Z. Looks like this:
It's a 6-string with a 26.5" scale-length. I couldn't and wouldn't miss out on one for £269!!!
The pickups it comes with are the only place I may end up spending money. First thing to go will be the weak, thin gauge strings for some with something to dig into
I'm excited about this one

where did I say that? If it aint broke dont fix it and I'm happy with guitars as they have been all my life...is that a bad thing? I might really like it which in turn could make me not want what I like now and own now, have put a fortune into both money wise and time wise...two weeks from today will be 42 years since getting my first guitar and I am happy...so sorry if I dont share your enthusiasm for this, thankfully I will never be able to afford one and yes I think it is clearly an elitist thingUncle E wrote:So you've played it?Hink wrote:you bend one string and what good is it?...I like guitars as they have been all my life, imperfect...the stuff like TT is imho for those who get sunburns inside their nose
