Email their support, they’re pretty quick and actually helpful.

*Also, I found a magnetized screwdriver worked really well for lining up the sliding nuts

not working on either mode, and just to be sure ive tried the original spectra and still nothing.

could probably get two of the mantis if i had a vertical stand.
wouldn't be able to see where i was going, or power anything, but i could get to gigs i guess. so long as i set off very early.

well, my knob works in the hardware realm, it has an effect on test mode.
updating firmware hasnt helped

i had to remove it, so face the moving rails

just waiting on recalibration business or something for the knob

my sound design, kills fm!

ok, now ive contacted elevator sounds for a replacement.

the make noise team were very helpful as expected, but sadly in this case, no dice

not to worry, other than the whole "sliding rails" thing again

btw, you know when you looked on the micro sd, did you only have two files?
i just added the firmware and didnt try to open these, but is one of those where the spectra would be stored? or are they both spectra and ive only recorded 2?

I had one WAV file for each array slot that I saved over. I don't remember what the names were exactly but it had A or B for the side, and a number (starting with 0). I only ever saved one on the B side but I had maybe 4 of them on A.

ah they could have both been wavs i guess?
didnt take notice of the names of the files, pretty sure i did or at least tried to do more than two captures though hmmm.

If you capture in the same slot it just overwrites the old file. And I think it always starts up with both sides on array 0 instead of remembering which slot it was, but I'm not 100% sure.

ah, i thought it would add a new file each time until full, then cycle through

hopefully, ill be able to get back to it in a couple of days.
and maybe avoid clocking it a top speed, thats about the only thing i can think of that may have done anything, but even then im grasping at straws tbh.
