AFAIK (the dev said so), it was always ok to gift the license to someone else. I also acquired it that way. Works fine, still. And EA will hardly go and verify every single license for a potential resale. IMO, it were just words to prevent people from doing "business" that way. Which is fair enough IMO, it was a promotional offer right from the start, not meant to be abused by the righteous customers.

I don't own a Focusrite interface but I do have a registered account. Is it still possible to be able to download the Plugin Collective software?? I know I used to be able to do that.

Yeah I bought the whole bundle from the Sell/Buy forum in November.

Wonder if there are any restrictions on selling those licenses then picking up free ones? My guess is probably not ...
