I hope the next version/update is announced soon and adds support for MIDI FX as well. It doesn't really make sense to me that they have a section for Note FX but don't allow MIDI inserts there. Missed opportunity.

While this is the case with most DAWs...kxmmeron wrote: Tue Jun 23, 2020 8:58 pm I hope the next version/update is announced soon and adds support for MIDI FX as well. It doesn't really make sense to me that they have a section for Note FX but don't allow MIDI inserts there. Missed opportunity.
Cubase, Logic, Ableton, Cakewalk, S1... there are just a few like Bitwig, Reaper, Mulab... "breaking the rules"...
I don´t want to say it wouldn´t be desirable though...

ha ha that is a very good promo (could have cut the cat bit for me, but I like the panicked gesturing from the other participants)woodsdenis wrote: Wed Jul 01, 2020 10:12 pm https://twitter.com/PreSonus/status/127 ... 63872?s=20

they are pretending to have made a mistake and released publicly a Zoom conference call about a product release that should be private. It very well done - even with a "cliff-hanger" ending (before the cat bit)chk071 wrote: Wed Jul 01, 2020 10:24 pm I don't understand social media-ish. Can someone translate what that is about?
Obviously on the 7th they have two announcements - one expected (almost certainly the studio one upgrade) and the other is very much a secret something

Which would next year have to compete with a Native Logic X Pro on the i-Pad Pro.
I think Logic Pro X will win the i-Pad DAW wars if it was on a standard i-Pad.
Mind you if Bitwig is also on the i-Pad that would stir things up a bit.
Oops, I forgot, Logic Pro has a Bitwig style thing going on now.
Me thinks Logic will win.

Bitwig is going to have to transition their OSX code to ARM anyway, so iPad version is inevitable. And from there it's close to Android version, like Cubasis have done very recentlydellboy wrote: Thu Jul 02, 2020 9:37 amWhich would next year have to compete with a Native Logic X Pro on the i-Pad Pro.
