I'd appreciate if you guys could share your opinion on:

A) using Reverside as a spatial positioning tool (to place/arrange tracks/instruments in a virtual acoustic space)
B) new reverb engine sounding

I'm really interested in using it for positioning. I've got a couple of other plugins that do this - so I'm definitely paying attention to how Reverside id doing it.
I think I've got my head around how it works here now (it's a little different from what I'm used to) - but I think it is coming along nicely.
The new engine sounds great (mind you, I've only really played with "room" sounds)

would be useful to be able to click and drag around the source "node" in the position map to move the source around instead of using the dials to set the positioning

What does this mean? Let's say if I had a licence of i.e. Breeze 2 I would get REVERSIDE for free? Is it that what you're saying?

that's correct, provided that you purchased any 2C product prior to 01.nov.2021.

Beta info
I played with the beta a while ago and it sounded great back then, really looking forward to the official release!

Do you have an idea of when that will be?
A well-behaved signature.

Might be a good idea to open a new thread just for Reverside. Or at least, when 1.0 hits. Just a suggestion.

Post

Sounds excellent but its very very complex. It will take time to learn it!

Post

thanks for the feedback guys,

1) regarding release time. dec'25-jan'26 time frame
2) a dedicated thread for Reverside. yes, as soon as I make a new UI (in about a month)
3) with a new UI I will try to make it easier to work with
