Don't know if this was requested yet, but multi-track analyzer support would be great, so you can put EQuilibrium on multiple tracks and have the analyzers from all tracks appearing on each plug-in for comparison. I know this is a big addition, but it would be invaluable.

Yep, on my todo list: insta workaround- keep presets in a sub folder rather than the root folder.

You know you can import analyser curves from other instances by right clicking the analyser button and picking things?

I don't find it distracting, i just want to understand what "complicated things" I might do with it. I work a lot with MS in my stereo work so I want to find out, what I can do with it in surround and in EQuilibrium. I would expect engaging MS on L+R would give me one Channel Meter/Fader for M and and one for S (as it does in Stereo). So I can solo/mute the Mid or Side signal while listening. But in surround the Meters/Faders seem to remain L+R.

Suppose I want to cut 300 Hz of the the mid signal of my R+L pair in a 5.1 master. How would I route an audition that?

Thanks again.

Johannes
Well, you'd need it to see the audio in DTS format first, which is on my todo.

But then, you'd hit m/s for the first pair, and (by default) assign a HPF to group 1 (the mid of the l&r->m/s pair) and move it to 300 :)

The labelling does not change, and I think that it should, but you do indeed get a meter and fader for the mid and the side of the pair.
Until I fix the channel permutation this will be quite tricky to test! But it works great in 'tools or nubendo.

Is it freezing in empty projects on insertion, or on reload of old sessions?
Could you send me your Default Bank.eqi from /Users/<you>/Library/Application Support/DMGAudio/EQuilibrium/ ?

Heya, could you mail me a preset which causes the pops?

Hey Dave. I'm not using any presets. Just changing the filter types from the tooltips.

But you do have some DSP settings! If you send through a preset, I can see whether you're using IIR/FIR, etc etc etc, how many bands etc.

There are zillions of possible combnations so just sending over a preset (preset->save icon) is the fastest way for me to get repro and fix it!

Hey, just a suggestion :

Why not re-installing and setting the plug to it's default state and then see what happens ? (no custom setting - just clicking "next" on the setup page)

Ok Dave, I'll send you a preset.

edit: Preset sent. I think these spikes only occur in the IIR mode. However you should check other modes as well.
