Ah developing it yourself! That works!

I don't think the CPU hit is too bad. But maybe I'm biased in thinking that a certain quality of sound comes at a certain CPU hit. Plus, I recently got a new laptop, everything seems smooth now, sort of lost my reference. Certainly easier on the CPU than say Diversion.

Post

CPU hit in poly mode is quite large for me. That's why I would rather use this synth mostly for mono bass sequences. Hopefully the developer can bring down the CPU hit in poly mode somewhat in future updates.
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

Post

CPU hit is very manageable over here in poly mode... doesn't go above 6-7% of CPU in Reaper. I like it.

Indeed, it's not easy to kill. But it definitely reduces the number of instances you can run.

I wish I had cash for i7-2600K but nope. Will have to upgrade to it later on.

I used to own one of these briefly many many moons ago. We used it for bass in a few tracks where it was pretty good. In fact one track featured it doing this sequenced portamento growl, was pretty good. In the end I sold it because it was, well, just too simple and, unlike Rick Wakemen, I refused to play more than one keyboard at a time.

Anyway, tried the demo of this and am really very surprised. A great little synth. Despite not needing any more synths I'm very tempted....

Will buy if it had a global voices setting to prevent CPU overloud when browsing presets. Otherwise i can not justify getting for just a mono synth & not use presets.

I would like to show you a demo track. I've put it together in ~2 hours, using my own presets only. You can hear U-NO-LX and BassLine-101 in action, together with Addictive Drums.

I'm thinking of releasing my presets for public. Would you be interested to buy a preset pack for these great TAL synths?

I would!

Yes I am very interested to buy a preset pack for the bassline 101.
I am not so interested in lead and pad sounds but in sequencer lines.

meaning MIDI files?
Intel Core2 Quad CPU + 4 GIG RAM

Hi electro,
the bassline 101 has an intergrated sequencer.
So I would be happy to get presests that use that sequencer.
