Harmony Bloom is such an inspiring application -- and thank you for the free preset pack!

Either I'm misunderstanding how the "Use Input Notes" functions in Harmony Bloom or I've got a glitch going on somewhere (either with me or the software
).
I'm feeding a simple three-note "chord" (E, A, G) into HB, which is then outputting B, E, D#, C# and G#. I thought that if Use Input Notes was activated, HB only outputted notes that were played into it. Have I misunderstood, or have I got some setting in HB activated that's producing this behaviour or is something not functioning properly?
Any advice/clarification appreciated. If it's any help, I've linked to a screenshot showing the notes being inputted on the left, the HB interface in the middle, and the notes exported from HB's MIDI capture on the right. I'm using HB 1.3.4 in Reaper 6.46 on Windows 11 Pro.

I’m going a bit crazy. Using Ableton, I can’t make Harmony Bloom work. I add a blank midi track. I rout it to anther midi track with an instrument. When I add Harmony bloom to my blank midi track I lose the “Midi to” and it changes to “Audio to”. Is there something in Harmony Bloom that is making it an instrument that I need to turn off?

I just figured it out. On my instrument track “Midi from” set to Harmony Bloom, I also had to set the one underneath it to the Harmony Bloom. Hopefully this helps someone else.

Hi Mario, there seems to be a sync issue in your latest video (for example, around 26:00) which I've also experienced. It's that little chirp before the 4 note loop repeats.

I’ve also looked for this. It needs something like the Audiomodern plugins where you can set it to randomize one or more things after an adjustable time period (eg a bar).Cuauhtli wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 3:44 am Is there a way to make this thing play notes in random order?
