Very odd, I did download the trial and test it here on my machine. Let me have a took into it, hopefully it's just on oversight.

I'm using the 32bit Ableton Live version if that's any help...

It also has no gui (just the generic one) in 64 bit Logic so I guess it is a problem in all Mac hosts?

Doh. I updated all the images to come from the built in resources, except for the background one, which I was still pulling from a local file. How come everyone doesn't already have that png? hehe. Fix is a sec...

Problem is in Ableton Live I can't see the parameters or generic gui, so can't try it yet ..

The Gui issue is fixed with v0.9.2:
