Anyone else missing some files from the Syner-V synth?
I get this error when I try to load some presets from that synth.

Instrument ST4 Error. Cannot locate Tank at path
'....SampleTank 4/Samples/Syntronik Syner-V/Syner-V FM Synth Hard/Syner-V FM Synth Hard.pak'.

That particular folder "Syner-V FM Synth Hard" which should contain the missing file does not even exist and the same thing is happening with some other presets showing that other folders are missing too.
I re-installed Syner-V a couple of times with no success.

I had to reinstall Sample Tank 4 sounds (the free 3-4GB) as I was getting that issue a few days ago. I'm glad I kept all the zip files because the 180 days for it expired. That helped me with some presets that came with ST4. Syner-V was the synth I paid for and the first to install...all the presets worked. I can't remember which synth it was but it was White Noise 7 sec (and 22 sec) presets among others in that synth. After reinstalling ST4 sounds, all is well but I still have 20 synths to go through (every preset....fun but time consuming). I hope that helps. Also, I changed my install directory as it was sucking hard drive space on my SSD. I used the install-to in the product manager to reinstall after I installed ST4 sound content zips.

So since we hit all libraries, we can now edit or something? I'm confused, how do we edit v1 patches with their new editor?

Can anyone explain how this works?

Presets from Syntronik 1 can't use the new editor page, because they don't use the new wave sets format (I think).

Only Syntronik 2 presets can use the new edit page.

Kind of annoying but at least you can filter them out in the browser.

Does anyone know how/where to download the multis? Sorry if it was posted earlier, but I tried checking at a few places in my account and IK Product Manager and unable to find them.

Great price but installation process for the instruments is a nightmare when the installation manager already shows everything as installed already (2 SE) and you have reinstall everything and remember which ones you have done - I am sure I did galaxy twice as I had downloaded it earlier, I suspect IK servers will get harder than nesseseery!

Is there anything in the plugin top tell you which instruments are fully installed as the partial just install of 2SE (or maybe it was CS) is making it very difficult to tell what's missing and the install manger doesn't tell you either.

It's indeed confusing, because sometimes IK Product Manager shows clearly that V2 of instrument has some files left to be downloaded and sometimes it is does now show that. However, just observe the green check mark - as long is is there and it says installed in green, you have installed it. At least it's worked for me this way.

Unfortunately most S2 instruments said installed before I installed then (I think if you have SE it partially installs a bunch of them...)

Also I would very much like a relocate sound content option in that IK product manager.
Now part of it is on my system drive (MacOS/Bigsur) and part of it is on an external drive (via "install to"). I would like to put everything external, but find it too confusing to do that manually. Also I am afraid when I will do that , then that manager gets confused

GS-V, it installed the first few files, then the last few, so quite some patches were working, all the instruments were in the app. But then it complained that it cannot find the GS-V Gong, and I realized I had to manually extract the sample content from the SYN2_GS-V_Part_4.zip to the right folder. (Same with a few other files).

Same here - GS-V-Part_4.zip didn't install for me at all (on Windows, using 'Install to...' followed by 'Reinstall Library'. All the samples were missing. Thanks lajosuti for pointing this out!

Patches work fine though after dragging and dropping the whole archive content to the correct folder. If anyone wants to check, 'Wet Digital Kiss' is a patch that referenced the missing samples.

Must say, apart from a few install gremlins (this and the Syner-V anyway), this is an amazing collection! Thanks IK for another fantastic group buy

I don't see any way to download them either. I've searched through all 98 entries in "my products" and in several "download resources" locations.

Not that big of a deal here but they were promised as an incentive to max out the group buy which we have done.

Ok, I joined. And am now enmeshed in quite the most ludicrous "install this/go to that/then go here and install this" nonsense I've ever come across. I DLed GSV the one I bought, as advised in the email. Updated Syntronik as apparently I already have it (I had the free minimoog thing on a previous computer I think), and then Syntronik says I must to install GSV from the product manager - so now its DLing all 31 Gbs again through that.

Seriously?

This whole system was designed by programmers and not for ease of use, clearly.

Yep, I went in knowing that downloading, installing, registering was going to be a bit of a project. But, I feel confident it will be worth it once its completed (2 installed 31 to go!).
