Replacing 2Caudio Reverbs

So the idea is that if you want to use RS as a spatial placement tool you set Wet/Dry Mix to 100%, DirectMode to 3D (or at least ON), then you can use Direct/Refl balance to control the Balance of them,

When I set set/dry mix to 100%, then move to the SPACE page to change the "Direct" setting, the Mix setting changes to 14.1%.
Even on a preset it does this.
- Choose a room preset
- look at the "mix" setting (usually 100%?)
- go to the SPACE tab (don't touch anything)
- go back to the "MIX" tab
Mix is now 14.1%

Sorry Denis,
I've gone back in to the exact same reaper project and this is not happening now. I swear it was doing exactly as I said before but it's not doing it now.
It's working as it should now - so I'll play around with it some more...

I'm playing today - just getting my head around direct off (using mix control) and direct on (3D) with mix = 100%.
I've saved a room preset for each method and I was getting weirdness again.
I think the problem is being caused by the RESAVE button. It seems to be either not saving to the correct preset or else its messing up the settings when it saves.
Using SAVE all the time and everything is fine.

Try setting up two similar presets - one with direct ON and the other with direct OFF (although it probably doesn't really matter what settings you use - but this one is easy to hear)
- Now tweak one or both of them and use RESAVE to save the tweaks.
- go back and forth a few times making tweaks
- The correct preset name is shown, but for me the two presets start to become mixed up. IOW the "direct on" one suddenly has "direct = off" like the other preset.

Now I am trying this again, and it's working fine - so I don't know what's going on here
