Yeah, but if it really pops when you use it, it'll be worth every penny!hibidy wrote:Yeah, but they'll probably come up with something like an on/off switch that is more analog and costs 600usdredshift factor wrote:And immediately following IK Multimedia's big announcement, Waves will be announcing that they're giving up on G|T|R.hibidy wrote:Looks like waves is right next to you.

I'll have an early/busy tomorrow now because the stupid waterheater is busted (again)
So I'll hardly have any time to enjoy the unavailing in the morning. Man, it's hard to type after taking ambien (I never have this problem with the hair of the dog

Ah yeah I did forget about that little annoying part about the push notifications and therefore not being about to receive calls as mine a mostly pre arranged.redshift factor wrote:The thing with Skype on the iPhone is a) Apple is still preventing it from operating over 3G, even though AT&T has lifted the restrictions on voice over IP. b) Skype also remains the one and only communication app that does not support push notifications, which makes the iPhone pretty useless for recieving calls through Skype, unless you're going to leave Skype open all day and not use your iPhone for anything else.
I'm pretty sure Apple's evil hand is behind that, too.

All looks good. A stealth box, looks a bit like an amp with the knobs etc.., so you can control the amp side of things in amplitube with the ability to plug the stopm IO into it that control all the stomps in amplitube. All you need is some powered speakers and hay presto you have a full controllable set up for live music!! Just need a little mac mini, pc equivalent or laptop to sit on the back to run the x-gear! Maybe they will have a little space in the back of the box to sit a little computer or laptop in it?

I meant all the pics look good, not actually seen a box or anything! Ahh, I must of read your post about it somewhere, wondered how I came up with that idea!! Wouldn't it be great, plug your guitar into the stomp IO, plug that into the amp head thats attached to your comp and you got your powered speakers plug into your comp. Asides from having a computer, you got the good old set up!! That would be amazing all them amps etc right there. Think then my brother might come round to the idea!! He is very old school, likes his amps! If I have a set up there sitting in a room as opposed to playing through a computer (even though you are, but you get what I mean!), He might look at it differently. All that money you would have to spend to have all the amps etc... that are in the amplitube products. Not worth thinking about!

Is it like an AmpliTube version of Band-in-a-Box?
AmpliTube Guitar Hero Edition?

I originally came up with that idea back in 2005 or so and floated it in A3ntar's infamouse Epic AmpliTube Jimi Hendrix Thread.speachmusic wrote:redshift factor wrote:Where do you see that?speachmusic wrote:All looks good.
