Sorry, but what do you mean by "the CA"? Camel Audio Alchemy? I'm not very au fait with Alchemy, so this is a genuine question.

Of course they could totally ignore a customer email but that wouldn't be too cool unless of course, like I said, they just don't give a crap anymore.

Or your support ticket will be placed in a queue behind the several hundred support tickets already received today. Meanwhile, the Camel team will continue on with what is quite likely a very busy day for them sorting out whatever administrative procedures are involved with whatever it is that they are actually doing.

No official word from Camel as to what exactly is happening... but given the 40 pages of speculation here im not suprised. Im sure they will post on their website when they have something to say. I've downloaded everything from my account, but only as i havent updated anything for about 2 years.

be a big shame to see Ben & co go, hopefully thats not on the cards...

Sorry. Yes, I was referring to Camel Audio Alchemy and its associated files, as well as any other products purchased from Camel Audio. I'm Using the new downloader now, and it is methodically backing up everything to a separate folder, and then has the installer built in. This is different from the old method of downloading from inside your online user account.
