There are people here who I know would never share Alchemy if someone sold it to them.....because they have morals.

Anyhow, as the there is no keyfile anymore, instead it is tagged to the user who bought the licenseThere are people here who I know would never share Alchemy if someone sold it to them.....because they have morals.
That would mean anybody who would "borrow" a copy would be constantly reminded who is the license owner when loading the software

Apostate wrote:Alchemy is the reason I don't buy Omnisphere. I paid 100 for mine, wouldn't sell it for five times that. Really. The plugin opens up for me more and more each time I program it, a bit like Blue II in that way. It is an amazingly eclectic tool. If you don't have it and can get it for under 200, scoop it up like there's no tomorrow.
Maybe that's what pissing off most of us... We have been waiting years for Alchemy 2... With all the promised new features.... And BAM!!!
Edit... One of the most anticipated feature is/was the ability to tie any sound to any setting from another patch..

BAM: Gone, disappeared, vanished, Bye Bye.....
And yes, I have moved on... But it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth... And, I will NOT spend my monies on Plugs as I did before... Have a nice day..
