Sanitize-Landfall wave file is on it's way up.

I think the "voting" for tracks to not be included is not definate yet. If we CAN fit them all, then we do. No other option is fair. If we go OVER the mark, then we should take volunteers before we have anyone discluded. And we should have a download option for the extra tracks. I don't think anyone should be just taken out. We need to set a limit. And we need to know about how close we are to filling 2 CD's, because we may be closer or not as close as we think.

We should definitely consider that, for sure.

I am going to sleep now, but I'll catch you all in the am.

Also, check your PMs there mate ;)

Cheers,
Alex
I don't have any PM's. Are you talking about Newbie Brad? Cause he's the only one I got today. He's on his way to me now to drop off his CD.

Ok, now on the FTP site, I have 3 files that aren't corrent. Something is happening to somebody when uploading.I know one person uploaded a zipped file, and it worked. The rest aren't even downloadable for me to check, since they are not "proper" files. It's someboay who is using PureFTP I believe, cause there are three of them now, and they all look like this:

.pureftpd-upload.43208373.15.15a7.fcb8a015

Anyone have any idea?

I recommend CoreFTP. Free and works very well for me. :)

Won't they look like that while they're actually being uploaded, though? Before they're done?

Yes, that may be possible. Sorry, I didn't really think about that. I'll wait, as I believe that's the case. I just don't know why I didn't think about that!

By the way, Hovmod, I saw your song is there. Thanks for being on the ball! But now that the ball's rolling, you may want to get off. :hihi:

Yes, songs are starting to appear now. Keep em coming!

By the way, is the speed going alright? I should, but it depends on how many are uploading. Very fast server though, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Who's taking lyrics again for the liner notes? I forgot.

Just got back to my PC, and now it's off to work. So I'll get back on everything tonight.
Koolkeys, your suggestions are interesting. Distribution would be the problem. We'll consider the option and xander and I will come to a conclusion very soon.
Any input in the meantime is greatly appreciated
Keep those track coming...

And let's remember to keep this civil. This is a charitable effort after all.
Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

Distribution would be a hastle, but it's just one thing to think about. CDBaby can do that for us. However, will they add more on to the cost of $25 for shipping? Or do we price it accordingly with them. Do we want to have them take that much of the profits?

Of course, after this is all said and done, if we don't chose CDBaby, SOMEBODY will have to actually do the shipping. Maybe somebody here lives around a FedEx or Post office? I do, but at the time, getting there between everything going on can be pressing.
