The mixer is the biggest unknown at this point. There has to be one, but there's no obvious place for it - "features" has to be about the only possible place.m-ac wrote: Tue Nov 26, 2019 10:09 am I hoping there's still a layers overview panel where we can quickly adjust volume, tuning, arp on/off, tg on/off etc?
It would be very nice if it resembled an actual mixer with VUs to at least see what activity is on what, would be a huge improvement on N2.

There have been several direct questions about this but zero answers... either the 'tease' continues or the answer is a disappointing NO...guess we'll just have to wait

As it is possible to edit single arps (of single layers) I guess it is still possible to turn single layers on/off. This could also be hidden under the effects tab as it was possible to turn different effects on/off per layer in the past as well. Or it's just den blue button under the layers tab inbetween the arp menu (see screenshot).MikeCallon wrote: Tue Nov 26, 2019 10:25 am There have been several direct questions about this but zero answers... either the 'tease' continues or the answer is a disappointing NO...guess we'll just have to wait![]()
Otherwise that would be a step back.

I'm not really seriously considering no form of mixer at all, it would barely function without some level of control. The worst plausible case is something as clunky as we have now, not get rid of it completely imo.

Forced to agree, might not buy it, if only to retaliate from the flat interface.

I like the new gui, I just hope we can later patches, or have alot more control of the layered samples, importing samples would be amazing too.

If this means layers will be named by default, that's great. I'm guessing multi-out is a bit too much to hope for?msvs wrote: Tue Nov 26, 2019 11:16 amyes there is, its on the "features" tab
