You have to create the folder /Skins yourself and please downloaded skins there.
I think in the future the skin system wil change because it takes to much weight on the plugin, right Manuel?

Thx for clarification!

This means "official" supported skins are build into the dll, 3rd party/own skins are loaded in a different way, there is no template to start with and you always build the whole GUI instead of small items (like knobs) that are used over and over again. I am wondering how this works...but I guess I got an idea why this might be heavy on the plugin and why the plugin uses that much GPU

Hi All,

Am I the only one that has problems with hanging notes/ARP in Avenger? By that I mean it hangs a note/ARP sequence and keeps playing it regardless of what I do or whether the DAW is playing or stopped.

Turning Avenger on/off doesn't help. Restarting the DAW stops the hanging note/ARP (obviously) but as soon as I play something it will usually hang a note/ARP pretty quickly. It can also hang a drum pattern which then keeps playing even if the drum section is muted!

Win7 Pro 64 bit, Cubase 9.X. Latest version of Avenger. (Happens on all the (recent) versions of Avenger).

Create a "skins" folder where you installed Avenger (next to settings and expansions folder), then copy in the .ZIP file of skin you either downloaded or bought. The default stock ones are most likely in the DLL file i think becouse they are nowhere to be found. I cannot find a default temp skin i can look and learn from, seems you must contact Rene at Keilwerth for that.

edit : i bought this one http://encounters.be/shop/index.php?rou ... uct_id=207, it shows how it's set up and how it works, it's a lot of work, missing a master file though, wish we had the PSD from Keilwerth.

Yeps correct, you have to create the skin in photoshop, slice it and adjust the text file.

Indeed!

After being a little bit disappointed by the new included one (didn't look as good as I expected) and not liking the red one better than the second included skin this really looks promising! And I like the tube/fuse a lot!

What do you guys think about the small chrome buttons? Are they clear enough to work with?
Or should I go for a fully grey model?

Yes I think the blue envelope should be another color and the chrome buttons are good

I would love to see skin like this in AVENGER.
My personal taste don't like Wood or Chorme in the skin. XD
