More:
I can't seem to be able to set the default for analyzer secondary signal. Instead it always defaults to Side when I create a new instance of Equilibrium.
I tried running in administrator mode, and saving the global prefs, but it didn't help.
Cheers.

I am now completing a new CD using this EQ on most tracks.
I am using Windows 7 64bit and used to plugins being buggy.
Gotta say, I pushed this to the limits using many of the advanced features and it is rock solid with the newest version.
Also, you can get very neutral with this EQ if you just want to boost/cut and not color the track.
Very useful tool.

It's a beauty isn't it?
Now, if Dave comes out with DMG Warmth for drive and colour post EQuilibrium I'll be in production heaven!
Cheers

I have to admit I'm having problems with accidently adjusting a few bands at once.
This happens usually when I grab a node to adjust it - only to realise that another (or a few) node is also "selected" - so they both adjust.
It's been said already, but +1 for making it super obvious as to what is "selected" for editing. Maybe we even need to limit our ways to edit - eg only with knobs and/or dragging on values?

Hi Dave,
I'd love to have a static db FS peak value with that hold functionality. I know I can click the meter to get the values to freeze in their current measurement but I'd like to see exactly where the peak is sitting. Or am I missing something? Thanks a lot.

Just isn't implemented... first request for it.
What would you set it to?
Couldn't set it to an instance, since the instance could well not exist.
Are you running in surround?
Give me a run-through how you see it working, and I'll see what I can do
Dave.

I like to use it to display the mid (pre) signal. Would be nice if you could set a default mode for that too, along with the other preferences.DaveGamble wrote:Heya,Eleventh wrote:More:

Gotcha. Cool.
Krzysz has been through the thread with a fine comb. Everything is on my list of 90 items to do.
Dave.

Hi - one more question while things are quiet
(Is there an official support forum anywhere? I haven't seen one here or on th edmgaudio site)
What is the "shift" setting for on, say, the DMG hi shelf? It seems to increase/decrease just the area around the "freq" - but what's the difference between adjusting this and adjusting the gain?

Is it for increasing/decreasing gain - without affecting the resonance? (that bump in the opposite direction right before the affected frequency)

It allows you to distribute the resonance above/below the curve. So you can get either an extra boost, or an extra cut out of the shelf, using the resonance. Take a look at a 4kg or 110 hi shelf and see what they do with resonance.jbraner wrote:Is it for increasing/decreasing gain - without affecting the resonance?
