I spent some time with P2 and I don't think there is a change in the filters. I couldn't feel a difference between P1 and P2 filters.

To be honest, putting P1 and P2 the same time on the screen, I much prefer using P1. But, I'm still happy to have both :D P2 is an OK upgrade, but I'm looking like for P2.5! Which brings new skin(s)/colours/fonts and maybe new filters. The other enhancements I love them, oh and please make the big screen the same size as Predator 1. It doesn't fit like with P1.

Some presets are great really (especially those of JoMal), but it is also a nice synth to do our presets with. Yes it still cool, I like it :D
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

I was looking forward to v2 but I've just tried the demo and the thing does not fit on my laptop screen (1366x768) :/ so I won't be upgrading anytime soon. Bit of a shame, but I suppose I saw this coming as most recent RP releases have been the same (RP-EQ, Prisma...)

The New presets Manager is still clunky, the presentation is also in many ways clunky and i like p2 but the introduction Bank is Bad as an introduction Bank where you have to Impress Users especially New Users.
I disagree. Talk for yourself. Not all new users are preset jumpers. I you want preset rompler buy Nexus and be done with it. If you are serious in to synth and sound design Predator is extremely versatile.

To say that this is not impressive coding is a bit of a rude and disrespectful thing.

And yes i agree V2 seems rushed release, GUI is acting weird sometimes (v1 not)
I didnt say unimpressive coding. Love it when people spread false Statements. Like the Press :D
And no. Not like nexus2 with mostly edm stuff but more impressive wow Sounds! from many Genres.

Even Predator1 had different music genre soundbanks (hip hop, dnb, dubstep, classic synths, dance, ambient, etc.) which means that Predator2 has them too.

You mean the user interface?
If so, on the settings page uncheck the big option. If it is already unchecked, you are already using the small interface.

the screen is so big i cant see the big screen button anymore thanks i know its at the back

Post

Oh, shit. Maybe it would make sense for RP to put that option at the top of that list...
Maybe you could change your display resolution for a minute in order to change it. Once changed, it will be remembered.

Registry edit ? I don't have P2 installed on this computer so I can't check but maybe the Big/Small setting is stored in the registry ? Or perhaps there is an .ini file that can be edited.

Try to do it with Reaper (it's always handy to have it). It has scroll bars on the right when the vst plugin is bigger than the screen.
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

I'm wondering why Rob Papen decided to withdraw from KVR forum.
