Weird that they strung it like that. It seems like the tension would be wrong.Mister Natural wrote:if I had won the lotto today :

omg !
My uncle had his father's 1920's The Gibson Mandolin sitting on his mantle piece. It could have fallen down and shattered at any time, he had no idea what it was. After I told him its value, he took it down.

I just ordered a Gordon-Smith GS1.5. I've wanted one since I played a friend's in college. Such a great guitar for being impolite.

What a proper guitar shop should look like!
Motor City Guitar (Waterford, MI), half hour north of Detroit

They carry ALL the high end boutiuque pedals, amps and high end guitars/gear you could think of. If you say you're looking for a certain overdrive pedal they will bring you that one, and then bring you 10 similiar ones, and ask what guitar and amp you play on, set you up with one comparable and then tell you to crank it if you so please. They are more concerned with the quality/satisfaction of product purchase than making a quick sale from a cheap product :cough Guitar Center cough:
Thier pedal glass display cases spans one end of the store to the other with just about every boutique and high end pedal that is out there, completely packed full utilizing as much space as they can cram in there. Must be about 5 large display cases just for pedals
highly recommended if anyone ever visits the Detroit area, but your wallet may hate you afterward.

I was trying to help him fight the urge to buy it. It's my fault, I should have just said "don't buy it."hibidy wrote:Why people so mean lately?
