But I didn't see that mentioned on the website.
It's right there in the small print :hihi:

On a serious note thought there is the ability to add a pattern for the selected engine. Above the sequencer you should see a drop down menu called 'Insert'. Click that and you'll see a lot of useful patterns to use. It's on page 59 of the manual, lots of other useful tips in there too that can be really time saving.
Yeah I saw that as well and actually while using Tremor. I feel it is very easy
for one to create their own interesting patterns in a very short time. The trouble is(using the demo) is that I have had issues with Tremor consistently
recording it's midi pattern data to midi track in either of my DAWSs. This must be an isolated issues as I have mentioned it earlier in this thread and no one has come to my rescue. If I could sort this out, I'd buy Tremor in a heartbeat..

erm, this was what you just argued...
munchkin wrote:What's the point of including a pattern sequencer if there aren't many patterns?
try and keep up with yourself. :nutter:

and the bit i started by responding to.

Clue for the bit Im responding to. Goalposts to be left in place, please.

What an absolutely daft conversation.

Tremor doesn't allow you to load and save patterns in the first place, so a pattern library would be nonsensical.

I'll agree that the conversation got a bit daft but you can save the patterns with a preset. And I wouldn't be surprised if Fxpansion implement a pattern loading/saving feature in the near future (fingers crossed they do)

But I vote lets get back to talking about feature requests & bring on more preset demos please :)

Yeah my request for a bigger factory bank of presets turned into a nonsensical demand that I make my own. I better not mention I bought the Himalaya DCAM presets in the sale then. :-o

I also bought Groove Monkey midi files and a few of the Alchemy banks as well. Mother of god - now I'm for it...

KVR eh, bald men fighting over combs. :hihi:

What on earth are you talking about?? You're requesting more pattern banks when the bloody software doesn't even HAVE pattern banks! *THAT* is why it is nonsensical. You mentioned nothing to do with presets, and everything to do with PATTERNS. Get your terminology right, and maybe these conversations wouldn't descend into titty-fests!!

Yeah the patterns and presets could be more diverse. I thought there would be a ton more with the full version tbh. If you own utonic you can record patterns into Tremor or any other drum machine with midi out i guess. :)

seems like a decent enough FR then

a bit odd that a drum machine with a grid based seq built in doesnt save/load patterns

edit: havent tried it myself, so my comments may not be accurate

yes, i recently purchased tremor and wanted to make this question here, but many of you have anticipated me;

it is true that it is better to manipulate and creat your patterns by yourselves, but it is also true that a pattern bank ( with relative load and save pattern files) would be useful; in fact, i find strange that tremor does not have them :x

FYI: I've started working on a set for Tremor, check it out here
