Melda's Morph is also very good, it sounds different but has many more options to tweak/adapt the sounds plus you have all the modulation options which Zynaptiq Morph doesn't offer.ChamomileShark wrote:sounds alot better than anything I came up with. Unfortunately the demo has now expired but I still have the demo of melda morph I might try that again although I did prefer the Zynaptiq Morph2

I agree Meldas Morph is the worse little brother. The processing quality of Zynaptiq Morph is astonishing high. Last time I put completely wrecked sounds in it and out came an even better smooth sound

Well, there seems to be nothing they wouldn't copy... I like to stay with the original creators as a sign of respect and appreciation. Zynaptiq ftwGregorius wrote:I agree Meldas Morph is the worse little brother

Where-as I go with the best value for the price: Melda in this case. I compared them to each other extensively and at their sale prices Meldas Morph was the better value. Yes Zynaptiq sounded slightly better but not worth the extra $100+. Then again, I don't use Morph tools much anyway so that was another reason to go with the less expensive alternative.DPhil wrote:Well, there seems to be nothing they wouldn't copy... Hey, *I* wanted to spill the beans *grin*
Indeed: the free MORPH 2.3.0 update with VST 3 support is available now. Grab it from the MORPH downloads page!
Actually, *all* of our plugins now support VST 3 as a free update. For the eSellerate versions we're lagging a little behind (coming sometime this quarter I'd guess) as we've been swamped with getting a whole bunch of stuff out, including the ZAP II, DESIGN, REMIX and REPAIR bundles.
Now let me go and grab Friday's breakfast. Talk about LATENCY huh.

Why should one bought via eSellerate make any difference? I nearly bought Wormhole this way, good thing I decided to demo it first now. Where is the best place to buy it then?zynaptiq wrote:Hey, *I* wanted to spill the beans *grin*

Also where do I get the Pitchmap VST3 update?

Hi Zynaptiq - That's great news, is there a changelog for these new versions of the plugins. Is there any further changes other than VST3 support ?

Sorry, I've got my head so deep in press releases and websites that I wasn't very verbose: with "eSellerate" I was referring to the eSellerate *copy protected* versions of UNVEIL, UNFILTER, UNCHIRP and PITCHMAP, NOT the shop you buy from. That obviously has no influence whatsoever on the software, and any new purchase of course includes all formats right nowaMUSEd wrote:Why should one bought via eSellerate make any difference? We've just released these for PACE, and the PACE versions come as VST 3 right now – the eSellerate protected versions of these will get the same update but it's not quite done yet (if you have a look at our website, you'll see we have a whole slew of updates and releases at the moment). There's a free crossgrade to the PACE version by the way, so that's your ticket if you need VST 3 for any other plugins right now.

I'll look that up in detail when I'm back from Messe – IIRC UNCHIRP now has its GAIN and D/W positioned pre-limiter. The plugin framework was updated, so general stability and host interfacing etc should be better for all of them, latest code-signing, combined installers on Windows (used to be per format). A LOT of house-keeping. No new sound features though IIRC. Next up in terms of dot updates is dry/wet LOCK for ADAPTIVERB (and some others most likely). And a dual mono binary of MORPH for hosts that have trouble dealing with 4-input plugins.mcbpete wrote:Hi Zynaptiq - That's great news, is there a changelog for these new versions of the plugins.
