not really, already checked out ebay and found tons of bodies on the cheap if I want as well...I got all the parts but will probably hold off for now and put the blackout in my Jackson, then get the matching neck pick-up for the jackson and use the jackson pick-ups in a body for this. I'm not losing any sleep over it, I got options that's for sure.

)
That's my Jackson in the back

yeah I told my wife my goal is 2016 to do the things I want with guitars...actually next I would like to buy two of these for my baritone

Then I would like to get a 1/4 pounder p-bass pick-up to put in the middle of my baritone but give that it's own volume and output jack making it stereo.

http://www.gpdusa.com/Humbuckers-Seymou ... _Neck.htmlSHPR-1N - Seymour Duncan P-Rails™. Neck. Until now, if you wanted humbucker, P-90, and vintage Strat® tones, you'd have to haul three guitars to the gig. Enter P-Rails™. It's a full-size humbucker that splits to either a full-size P-90 or a special Alnico-powered single-coil Rail pickup. The humbucker sound is full and expansive, owing to the mis-matched coil configuration. The P-90 is a super fat. And the Rail coils, when used together, sound like the "2" and "4" positions in a great Strat.

Oo! Let us know how they sound if you do. I've been keen on hearing any opinions about them. Would love to stick them on a thinline tele.Hink wrote:yeah I told my wife my goal is 2016 to do the things I want with guitars...actually next I would like to buy two of these for my baritone

It will be a great shred machine that kelly man IMO
And what a great excuse to buy another pickup and more
Sorry to hear Frankenstein did not come alive but as you said mate - you have the parts to retrofit on whatever you like anyway

bummer. There is a rattle coming from what seems to be inside the neck. I'm always using cans so I didn't notice it before. looks like ye new axe is already going bye bye to the shop. With my luck, it will need a new neck

Could be, but it sounds more like something got left behind. I am going to try and "mic it up" just for the heck of it (later when I dig out my mic and stuff)...good luck to me on THATtrimph1 wrote:Broken truss rod?hibidy wrote:bummer.
