Ok, let me know your results :)

Thanks. I got it working. As far as GUI size, it would be nice if there were a choice between the present size and a slightly smaller size. I've seen this is other GUIs.

Great!

Oh, that's not really possible currently. But i could offer a second version with a slightly smaller GUI - let me think about it :)

Sonicfire, I'm sorry I haven't had the time to do much with my hobby (music) these last couple of weeks. Working on-call and family life has kept me from playing around with my DAW. I hope to get a little time really soon, and I'll be glad to give v1.7 a full run-through and post a review.

Bugfix!

In the latest Phenome-Release there was an issue with certain soundfonts, resulting in "skipping" every second SF2 patch.

Has been fixed!

Please re-download Phenome from my homepage. Thank you!

Am I the only one who finds the file navigation frustrating? It keeps bouncing back to my root directory. Perhaps devoting a bit of attention to beefing up the configuration management, so that paths to presets and soundfonts could be set in the same way most DAWs manage plugin locations. Making the file navigation window collapseable would be a plus.

Yeah, I reported this issue as well. I hope this is fixed soon.

A great and useful feature (to me) would be to be able to drag and drop a soundfont file from the Windows explorer onto the GUI to load it. (Not sure if this is possible with Synthedit VST's, though).

Playing around some more with Phenome, I discovered what must be a bug: a loaded soundfont will respond to a pitch bend signal regardless of which midi channel the pitch bend was sent on.

Certainly the intent is that it should respond only to a pitch bend signal coming in on the assigned channel.

And another thing...I noticed that the delay "taps" are all in the left channel of the stereo signal. Can someone confirm that, or am I missing something?
