The demo only works on MIDI Channel 1 in Cubase,I can't find any way of changing the MIDI channel output. Am I missing something or is there a problem?

Very impressed. I've been waiting for this bad boy for a long time now, and finally it's here! Some of the presets are amazing, but some real duds too. I mean, what's up with that Ch5 Intro ST preset? WTF is that? Or maybe it does something really cool but I just didn't find the right parameter to tweak?
Overall, I think this is up there with my favorites like z3ta+, Rhino 2..etc.
I'd like to know from all you Waldorf owners who's tried this demo--Do you feel this fills the void for someone who doesn't own the Waldorf XT/Q..etc? Or is it still quite a ways from filling those shoes?

Lunatique, send your midi on Channel 5 to all the presets marked "Ch5" and you should hear a difference.

i did try this demo and it seems like quite a nice synth. i own a microwave xt and tbh i find that either surge or even the old ppg vst do a better job of the things i use my microwave for (predominantly pads)
although i didn't give it that long a demo so it's probably much deeper than i had the chance to go.
never tried a q so it might be spot on as that goes.

No CPU problems on My AMD x2 3800 here in SL 3.
But only after:
1. changing from 30-16voices (Rightclick on terratec logo)
2. Pressing on/off on the vst power icon.
I then turned on stereo voices as well and I still don't go above 20% except for the biggest patches. That's better than Z3ta+.

CPU goes up to 95% with a single voice here in FL; not so much in Energy XT.

the closest thing to an XT right now is concrete's kubik, which also isnt an XT, but its archetecture is similar.

I used to have a micro q and (imho) the filters remind me the waldorf one but the osc are different especialy pulse with modulation. I need more time to play with the demo but overall im realy impress.It does realy have the Q quality, fresh, digital with lots of definition.I am wondering if the programers are from Waldorf. Does anyone know ?

!!! I'm so happy that this is released, I just sold my mQ away after some long consideration. The sound was good, but I reaallly luvd that mod matrix and binary & arithmetic operations!

A quick note from a many years mQ owner who spent a lot of time programming it...
I think the filter resonance is quite different than on mQ... Also the sound in general is a little bit cleaner & polished than on mQ. Also it seems that the cool aliasing artifacts (or whatever they were!) that could be produced on mQ with some extreme filter & feedback settings are different on Komplexer...
It seems very cool! I don't care about accurate timbre reproduction, I just love that mQ functionality. And, if I someday can afford this, the ability to import my mQ patches :)
