Tunafish doesn't remember the asio setting here (using demo version).
It always defaults to the asio directx driver.

Is that using version 1.5.2 (the latest version)? I know this was a problem with one of the early beta version of 1.5

More bugs:

- Tunafish resets the controls of a VSTi when playback is started from the beginning.

- If a preset (program) of a VSTi is changed while the project is not playing,or testing with the typing keyboard, that preset is not remembered (it resets to the previous one) on playback. You can only change presets during playback.

- Ctrl+A should select all notes immediately.Currently,it doesn nothing (visually) but after that if you click anywhere in the piano roll, all notes are selected? Weird.

- There should be a "Duplicate channel" option,to duplicate a selected channel on the first available empty channel. It will make things much easier.

Hmmm...I can't reproduce the 'Ctrl+A' errors now.Weird.

- And,finally,Tunafish is highly unstable. It crashed about 3 times so far. There should be a feature that will automatically save the project every XX minutes,so your project won't be completely lost if Tunafish suddenly crashes.
I was in the process of creating a superb demo track with Tunafish, was using only Odo Purple,Minimogue VA and the built-in drum samples. Then before I was just about to save the project,I was adjusting the track volume slider in the mixer and it suddenly crashed. :(

This is not a bug. Actually, it's an essential feature. Imagine you've just played back a track containing a lot of automation. You need to reset all plugins back to their initial state.

You can use the snapshot feature for that (F12 key). This will save the current settings as the initial settings. I'll see if there's a way to determine whether settings should be saved automatically or not (there are just as many cases where you don't want to save them).

The nasty thing is that on my own systems I can't get it to crash, which makes it a pain to fix (chasing invisible ghosts). I don't know if it's related to ASIO4ALL drivers being really robust and bulletproof or whatever, but I can run Tunafish for days without crashing. I'm putting the autosave feature on top of my list. I'll add it this weekend, probably, but I'd rather fix the real problem. But for that, I'd need to be able to reproduce the crashes.. :(

TF crashes on my system as well which utilizes ASIO4ALL. I had issues with ASIO4ALL using EnergyXT and lately it has been a lot better, but i did have serious issues with it.
My buddy just bought Reason and couldn't use it because it would freeze even before opening.
He uninstalled ASIO4ALL and now Reason works fine.

My guess it has something to do with ASIO4ALL.
I want to test TF on my laptop which utilizes an Edirol FA101 soundcard, but i have to fix the CDROM to installl the TF demo.
If anyone else can mention any issues (if any) using standard ASIO cards (not ASIO4ALL), that would be great.
