Alas, there are two downsides to this wonderful product: it costs approximately 30 phantastillion dollars, AND it requires a dongle to be inserted into your posterior, to be worn at all times. But hey: think of all the work you won't have to be doing!
Looking for a softsynth that has great presets and sits in the mix well

There is a synth called "One-Button-Wonder", available from neverneverland.com, which reads your mind, guesses what you want to hear, then inserts itself gently into the mix, without needing any input whatsoever from you. You don't even have to press any keys, it does it all for you. Then - and this is the best part - it not only finishes mixing your track, it masters it, burns it onto a cd, and gets you an instant record deal.

Thanks ZeroCzerocrossing wrote:Dude, I'm usually right with you, and I own a few of your presets and I enjoy them... but you're off on this one. I read every post in this thread and I have to agree with Bastiaan. There's nothing that irks me more than a sales pitch that includes a slight on a competitor. Instead focus on the quality and characteristics of your product. No need to mention other sound designers. Your presets stand on their own merit.Lotuzia wrote:No third round for me. People who can read closely will have understood my words.
I'm not playing with words ( Stab Vs Bashing) and I'll have to leave Bastiaan to his world of sarcasms.
Like I said it was nothing more than to -try to- show the differences. Not a slight or anything like that. Very produced or even overproduced audios demos have their pros ..... and their cons. And its probably the same for our naked truth demos. Maybe some people just think they could sound lame. But in the end its just a matter of choices, or philosophy. Thats just the way we do it, and (some) Vengeance audio demos are just the archetype of the way it can be done in a very different way.
I'm kinda disapointed that it was received like this by some people, and I think it could have been different without some quotes.
Now to ease the thing I never thought that Vengeance users and our own users are the same. We certainly have some people that both like and use our respective soundsets, but honnestly I couldnt imagine a single second driving people that are used to their sound approach and like their products to be appealed by ours reading my post.
So that it was more to hilite our philosophy of sounds and demos than anything else.
Well sometimes you want to transmit something and something else lands in the plate. Sorry for that
And for derailing this thread btw

The best soft synth I've ever used from the perspective of sitting well in a mix is the Clavia Nord Lead 1 and 2. I've yet to run across a plugin alternative that is so well balanced in this respect.

Lotuzia,
Do you drink coke or pepsi ????
( sorry , did'nt mean to mention "competitors " products!!!)
Nothing rare about a little compare and contrast in product advertising.
I personally never liked brand X, there presets use too much fructose.
