Good news on the PC front, on discovering it is impossible to get the parts I need locally/quickly, I decided to have a go and opened up the PSU .. and I managed to fix the fan! ..... unfortunately, the CPU fan has stopped working altogether ... so I'm no further forward really

Not a lot of movement in terms of places, only 2nd and 3rd swapping places, but we now have a tight two horse race, and a three horse chasing pack within butt sniffing range

As for the others? hmmm ... it aint gonna happen

... or is it? .... it's all down to the votes! ... and we need more!

Right now, its looking like 'anon' is gonna have the right to choose the synth for OSC16 ..... but there's a slight complication in that we dont know who it is!!! ... and also the complication that if the writer had submitted a name and a txt file, he/she may have got some votes! ... so, last call for anon to comply, otherwise, I dont see how I can acknowledge that last place and the priviledge it carries.

Anyway, I'm gonna cast my votes tomorrow .... I've listened to all the tracks a couple of times, and whats lacking in number of entries is more than made up for in quality! ... and for all the lack of quantity, variety is way beyond my expectation as well!
Shame more folks couldn't work with Anubis, but you guys who could have given this synth a new set of clothes and some qualifications!

Not very difficult, there are only two possible authors:

1 - Tattiemannie, who has been working, recording a soundtrack, taking care of home etc, handling the osc's, and so on and so forth, and therefore, due to the stress involved, has developed an alternate personality that makes totally different music and partecipated in the osc in an unconscius effort to retain an illusory psychological balance.

2 - Now, the author uploaded a track but forgot to place his name on the file, forgot to add the text file with the notes, probably even used some illegal FX in the track, he basically made a complete mess of the whole thing... that just gotta be Abstractcats.

It's just a matter of deciding which one did it
