Having just looked at this poll again, I'm not sure why the first two options are separated. Don't know about Cytomic but Camel Audio still really just use a key file (i.e. it's NOT tied to a specific computer, but the keyfile contains some additional personal information in order to discourage illegally passing it on, and so that it can be traced if found in the wild).
In my view, what's really important is whether the c/p is intrusive or not, so for me there are actually only two main categories, which are:
1. Intrusive: Challenge/Response(which locks to a specific computer) and Dongle (which locks to breakable hardware), and
2. Non-intrusive: Serial Number, Key file (neither of which lock to any specific computer or any other hardware).
Of course, some companies (either intentionally or unintentionally) mislead potential customers by using the terms "Key file" or "Serial number", when what they actually mean is challenge/response. I suggest it's always worth checking before purchasing in any case, just to be sure.
