Bit late to be giving him advice me thinks.
I wrote that posting as soon as WildNoise went into business and started to sell "WildOrgan".
This was just a hint to show what happend to NuBiPlus/Spinner. As pj geerlings wrote on 26th Aug. 2010, the distribution rights were sold to WildNoise, so this has nothing to do with the piracy of the VB3.

Regarding the discussion about the Brand "Wersi" (as far as I know and remember):
First Wersi
Wersi startet in 1969, founded by the two brothers Wilhelm Erich and Reinhard Franz. The company went into insolvency in the 1990s
2nd Wersi
A new company "Wersi" was founded by Mr. Kamps and some others. Two or three year later (about 1995), they also went into insolvency.
3rd Wersi
Another company "Wersi" was founded and it also went into insolvency in 1997.
4th Wersi
Again the rebirth of "Wersi", which also only lived 2 Years until the insolveny of 1999.
5th Wersi
Now, the two Brothers Franz again came in charge with "Wersi". Later on - in 2005 - they handed over the company to Mr. Wildhack and Mr. Reichold. This company went into insolvency on 31. December 2009.
In 2010 Musicstore bought the Trademark (not the company) "WERSI".
During all the time the name was more or less "Wersi" - somtimes "Wersi GmbH" or "Wersi International GmbH" or something else.
