Thanks for the video Spidergod, another good song, cool stuff! I tossed yours in the list of examples too if that's alright.

I always loved Virt's visualization in his Kwakfest jam: World's Most Wanted Weiner:
Both the midi scroll and chord map are great. Anyone know what either/both were used to make that?

I just tried Sonic Candle and it's great
Perfect for promo-ing your music on Youtube in a stylish way.
I'd love to see what other features you'll bring to it. An oscilloscope style display would be good too but don't know if that's feasible or not

Hellobraj wrote:OK, this isn't great, none of the visualizations are particularly good, but it is easy and a one-step process. I'm making my first video now and will post a link when it gets up on YouTube. The worst thing is the visualizations don't seem to be very influenced by the sound, but again, its free and one-step. IMO just having something to see may be good enough, it makes posting on FAcebook easier anyhow, as no extra permissions (like with Soundcloud) have to be enabled for whoever is viewing.

I have downloaded freemake video converter but cannot see how to make any audio visual stuff with the program.
Wondering if you could give me any hints on where to look?
cheers

The one I currently using is Magic Visualizer, they are constantly updating it.
with the next track I'm going to try to make the stars move in a more genuine way. you can see their forums for submissions from users.

Regarding Sonic Candle:
1.1.4 was just released with some nice new features.
- Custom resolution and frame rate
- Round bars
- (from earlier builds) Coloring of bars
- Background coloring and images (Image scaling in RnD right now)
Here's a video demonstrating just a handful of settings:
You can get the current version here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/soniccandle/

Recently, I downloaded Sonic Candle. I didn't have Java SE Binary, and downloaded it. I managed to get onto the software, however, every time I tried to use it I would get an error message.
I would enter an input song. Choose an output. Choose a colour and bar style. Then press render.
However, as soon as I pressed render, I received the following error message:
"Canceled - May not have created entire video =/"
My friend manages to use Sonic Candle easily without such errors, and there is nothing on the internet about this error. I have Version 1.1.1 of Sonic Candle, because that was the only download I could find.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Sonic Candle + Hitfilm Express is possibly the most powerful freeware video suite for visualization
