Ok, so others have explained that HZ got a specific version of Zebra. So that takes care of the ifdef type thing.
The other stuff looks like the header files for the Diva highpass and lowpass filters (wild speculation). And since they might require quality stuff that you mention are in Globals, that's the reason for Globals to be included.

So in my guess we're looking at Zebra update with some Diva filters, and possibly a quality settings rework to use the stuff from Diva.
Other than that? A licensed batman skin?

It isn't that hard people, Zebra gets universal praise. Diva on the other hand, gets her praise, but is also rumored to be quite demanding. Thus, Diva will have Zebra's filters and will live under the alias of Ziva (Zebra Impersonating Virtual Analog).

It was inevitable that Zebra would be cloned at some point in time, but again, Urs is one step ahead of the competition

So I've limited myself to only the plug-ins that do have that little bit extra. The only virtual synth I'm really using is a thing called Zebra, by a German designer named Urs Heckman. It really has 'that sound' with so much flexibility and sonic quality.

Urs is a class designer now he designed the u-he logo .. and possibly more
