It clearly shows how there's lack of management skills, logic, and rational thinking, too, in people who god-knows-how get to sit into the management seat of a company. My wife works for such a badly run company, but thankfully not for much longer as she's going to sack *them*. LOL Good girl. She can find a better place to work easily, though. There's been lots of irrational decisions going on lately at her company, made by the stupid, completely irrationally thinking management, and they made unnecessary cuts when everything was working perfectly. Sheer greed for more profit, but in the long run the company will suffer greatly from making these cuts, and probably even go under, we think.

I worked at a place so numb, that they assumed I had quit, presumably because
I was busy working, instead of making myself conspicuous with the brown-nose crowd.
At least the customer was happy.

Thanks for posting the link for Tweakhound. I used that for XP but lost the link. Glad to see it's still going for Win7.
One thing. On WinXP you set processor for Background Services, not Programs. The reasoning being it would give your ASIO CPU preference. But in the Win7 tweaks this isn't even mentioned. Is this even relevant anymore?

Don't know, mine is set to Background and I believe that is the consensus as it was with XP.

That was only tweak I had to do with Audiophile2496 and Win7, runs much better faster harder deeper than XP.
