Yep, got the magazine a couple of days ago but still haven't installed. It also comes with 4GB of samples, and Native Instruments Skanner, also full version (not the newer XT though).

It's a bit above $20, but SuperCore v2 is out, has a 6.3GB library of sounds and is priced currently at $35 (which will go up after the new year).

Monstrous is still on sale at $20, which is in your budget.

For instance This synth package from Simple Media has got very little attention after its release this fall, but it packs analog power to rival synths 10 times as expensive
