Please tell me how Guitare Rig, PSP H20, my Studio One Compressor, my UAD Moog Filter, Glitch2, camel phat 3 and many many more of my plugins can handle a dry/wet control?DaveClark wrote:BlueCat:
You don't want that --- unless you intend to do extensive phase analysis each time you adjust anything!
Many plug-ins of ours actually have Dry/Wet controls (see Blue Cat's MB-5 Dynamix, Liny EQ, Dynamics for example)).Michael1985 wrote: Please tell me how Guitare Rig, PSP H20, my Studio One Compressor, my UAD Moog Filter, Glitch2, camel phat 3 and many many more of my plugins can handle a dry/wet control?
Thank you for your clear statemenet. After that I really understand if you say no, it is not possible. Instead I will use the bypass switch, which is there I hope.Blue Cat Audio wrote:Thanks Dave.
The difference here is that we do not have control over the third party plug-ins that are inserted into the bands. If they change the phase (which happens anytime filtering is involved - except if it is linear phase), the dry/wet control should take these changes into account to perform properly, which we cannot do since we don't know the algorithms of the plug-ins you have inserted.
Ahh, okay. I'll take another look once it's added.Blue Cat Audio wrote:Host sync is currently not supported yet but it is in the todo list!
