That is another issue this seems to have.. unless the plugin has a native presets system, you can't seem to get to the presets!

Doesn't work in Studio One.

And no bypass for separate plugins from within the chain.

And when using connections from a multiple output vst (like DDMF crossover), cables get extremely messy and setting each cable's volume is a "hit and miss" story.

And no drug and drop like in Metaplugin (so one has to look in an extremely messy list of mixed synths and fx)

Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

Yes, I think this is something related with the FL system. Pity, since I have several plug-ins that reside on the host for patch management. OB-Xd is one of them, and I saw a user complaining about not being able to load patches in FL Studio too.
I am very grateful to have this tool, even more for free, but Image-Line should address this problem, IMO. It's a showstopper for me.

Yeah-
the plug list is a mess, like Fruity.
I categorize VSTs by manufacturer,
but there r no folders.

I guess the workaround for this is to create new VST directory just for Modular,
and rename all the plugs so they are defined by actual plug name ie.
AD Roughrider
AD WarmerPhaser
IL Edison
etc.

or

Delay_ECHoecho
Delay_DubsWhateva
Reverb_HotSpring

I am not really criticising,
coz it is a gift, just mentioning the workaround
I wonder what I want in here
-my site is gone and music a mess

Yes. Just add another Automation Input from the right mouse menu. And add the wanted parameter as an automation input to the node you want to control.
Thanks!

It's nice, especially for free (thanks), however it is lacking in a few essential areas for now IMO:

No ability to view/select plugins presets
No ability to load/save plugins fxp/fxb
No ability to connect audio on a per channel basis

And I wish it'd support loading plugins not in the database by drag/drop from windows explorer.

It's a bug, this is a Beta.

1 Bug
2 Will be addressed
3. No? Well the VST has up to 3 stereo outputs at the moment. We could increase that.

I meant to say that there is only one cable for stereo whereas i think it would be desirable to have two separate cables, one for each channel (like there is in vstboard for example).

Thanks.

My vote goes to that as well. I'm used to that from the Metaplugin concept. MUX uses a Stereo split module, Bidule also has individual channels IIRC.

I am still confused :)

You know you can right-click on the Graph Window and add additional master inputs and outputs?.

...so you want mono master outputs is that what you are saying?

NO VOTE, I can't stand two wires to plug into everything, keep it simply like it is, that is one of the reasons I don't like meta plugin and other modular chainers, however this one is quite intuitive and easier on the workflow this way

I'm sure you'll address this but when saving 'graphs' not all the presets are recalled when opening.. I noticed you can add a piano roll into the chain which I think could be really useful, it addresses the main weakness in plugin chainers in my opinion that all chains triggered by same midi, Great job imageline :tu: also is there a way to contact maxx claster? He gave me the dll to the discontinued ej 2 and I seem to have misplaced it and can't find it online anywhere :(
