well I agree, but as for porn...well, here's the thing...Denise really has a hang up on porn, tbh I will be the first to admit that it's really over the top. If I were to watch porn it would upset her terribly, while that's a bit extreme the truth is porn doesn't do anything for me..and then I do have an 18 year old daughter which means some porn stars could be around the same age as my daughter and for me personally that is a bit ummm....eewwww (note, Denise, my love of 17 years is 12 1/2 years younger than myself)...so this is an example of it really doesn't matter so why even go there?
It's the other side of a quote I like those beneath me cannot offend me and those my equal never would...we are equals and if something offends her I wont go there, even if in this case what offends her isn't all that rational...besides, this too will change..all just stages of life and development...anything I can do to make it easier for her she deserves and only improves my life
FWIW if my wife made asparagus and I thought it would hurt her feelings if I did not eat them I would eat every bite, thankfully she doesn't like them any more than I do
