But still if there is any issue, let IK Support know and they'll help. It sounds like you might be in the clear with that FAQ from what I read here about the two different locations but I know that's not always the case so I hope it all works out with the FAQ but if not the team will happily assist and get it all cleared up.

Has this product been discontinued?
I don't see any check for updates or update options or update segments within Pianoverse or IK Multimedia Manager.
If it is not discontinued are there any plans for a future update and specifically the instrument load times from SSD?
Both Eastwest Opus and UVI Falcon/Workstation load instruments and patches extremely fast but I am really suffering with extremely slow load times with Pianoverse.
I find this really frustrating and it limits my use of the software and has also put me off purchasing other IK Multimedia software.
Lets be clear;
I absolutely love Pianoverse.
But it's workflow (slow load times) is excruciatingly painful to work with.
Please tell me there are plans to resolve this.
I know I am not the only one who suffers this problem as I have read others commenting on it and even walked the plank by purchasing the software in full knowing that this was an issue.
I guess that I presumed at some point you would address it but sadly you have not.
So can you confirm if it is dead or if there is a plan to resolve this?
I am contemplating deleting it now as it is a taking a considerable amount of space and because of how cumbersome it is I rarely use it now.
Please put a smile on my face with an answer to the question I wish to hear.

Out of curiosity exactly how do I monitor it I am up to date with version as I can't find anything specific to this need within the software or software manager.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. No, Pianoverse has not been discontinued. IK Product Manager will show when you need and update and will have the latest release notes. Have you and others you've seen commenting on the issue you describe reported the issue to our support team? Have they made suggestions to assist you? If they can recreate the issue and can't fix it directly on your setup have they opened a bug with our developers?

I have messaged support.
This is the first time I have commented on this issue as it has been such a long time without an update.
As for other comments relating to the same issue, I read these comments on a couple of Piano websites.
I didn't go the lengths of joining the sites and commenting.
Instead I rolled the dice in expectancy of a future update as I really did like the software and sounds overall.
Lets see what support comes back with as I really do hope there is a way to better better patch load times.

Good to hear it is still an ongoing project.
Fingers crossed there is an update around the corner that has worked on code efficiency.
