You mention "due diligence" where do you have this info from? At the moment it looks there is no info whatsoever.

I cannot see anywhere where I should complete NEW due diligence staff other then what we did when we opened the account years ago. Where do you find this? Thanks

The apology email that some people got is a copy/paste thing. Several people got this from several different account handlers.
The KYC has no effect so far on payments. Nobody got paid.

Same here, no payment thus far. Temporarily, we redirect our users to our resellers, until we have a new merchant to work with.

Now they promised to provide 'follow up with details shortly' we''ll see what's that and what their "shortly" means. I expect some information tomorrow. Hopefully we will get our payouts late it is better than never.

No payment yet. Promised to be delivered before Sep 30. Now, the support team is just a copy/paste. No details but endlessly waiting, something like the following:

I already filed a formal complain to the German authorities, but do not hope to receive any feedback from them. It is obviously something big happening behind the scenes, and unacceptable.

Even if there was no problem at mycommerce if enough people are leaving then it will cause problems for them and our actions would likely cause them to pull up the drawbridge and baton down their hatches keeping our money
