Can you do this in Amp Room Marshall Suite, or is there some base software you need in addition to Amp Room Marshall?
Not certain as I have all the suites but when I originally bought it, it was just 'Amp Room' and then the suites got incorporated. In mine you can switch between suite and studio mode - studio mode being where you can more freely modify the chain using drag and drop, including adding in any of their plugins that are 'Amp Room ready' such as Celestion and the FIX mod fx - can you do that just in Marshall suite?

I like the overloud version as well.
I tried the Celestion 3 years ago. I don’t remember much about the trial. Later they had a sale, similar to the one they currently have, and I wanted to try it on my current system. Never heard back from them. Easy pass.
Eh, it's hard to fault it for it's sound, but easy for everything else. I have it and a pretty decent collection of the speaker models. It has it's uses occasionally. Mostly I use HW myself, I have a lot of that. Some of the pedal sims are pretty good I think I have a few, also I use a load box.

I don’t have the Marshall suite. But they put it on sale for $59 fairly frequently and I always seriously consider it when they do.

It would be nice to have “official” models of those particular amps, but I’m just not sure if they’re up to TONEX or UAD Lion quality. An upgrade to dynamic speakers might be the thing to make it worthwhile, though.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP
