Umm.. Shouldnt you end it with "But i love.."? Just like in the movie. I almost felt a tear in my eye :cry:

Hmm.. Should i take another pill? :help:

Oh well.

Whatever happened to tarnce?
Hmm.

Why i love trance?

* It makes me happy
* It makes me strong
* It makes me focused
* It makes me energized
* I feel like im in love and loved
* I feel like im floating
* It helps me fighting for peace and love
* It gives me the big chills
* It gives me a good excersize when i dance
* It gives me an invincible bond with other people who like trance
* It makes me mad :love: :hihi: :D
* (psy) It helps me being an excellent sniper in starwars battlefront (really!)

hmm

Why i hate it?

Progressive house
* There is a bunch of crap
* Only the lowlife piece of shit hits the charts
* My friends only like that shit
* Its hard to do
* It needs to evolve

Psychedelic
* Sometimes tracks doesnt have any energy
* Lack of energy in some tracks
* I need to better integrate my midicontroller to my softsynths to make the cool sounds. You cannot (imho) make psychedelic with presets ;)

I do find "latin" under the house genre, but "latin freestyle"? Where do I find that?

And I still think Icon Of Coil makes totally awesome trance ("Pursuit" and "Remove/Replace" from their latest album "Machines Are Us" are two awesome dancefloor tracks :)) !

Edit:
The modern kinda-ebm-kinda-futurepop-kinda-techno-kinda-industrial synth music must be one of the most broad "genres" around. If you listen to for instance "Cause of death: suicide" by Suicide Commando (under electro industrial on ishkur) you hear some ordinary hoover derivative that belongs to the hard style / gabber music, vocals that belong to some industrial track and ebm drumbeats. Then, if we move to Icon Of Coil (that atleast here in sweden has the same audience), it's basicly just very melodic (yet cold) vocal trance :)

PS. That was a long edit-addition. DS.

Woah... what a whole bunch of balanced replies here again...
Can't we just agree that:
- There's wellmade music in any kind of style, regardless whether you like it or not.
- There's a lot of shite, cheap or at least fast productions only made to suit a certain place of marketshare.

All those generalizations are really stupid, no matter which music they are about.
There are 3 kinds of people:
Those who can do maths and those who can't.
