I've just seen my favourite seasonal song (John and Yoko) being slaughtered on the music channel by 'The Idols' a bunch of pop idol'ers and Simon (fuckin heathen) Cowell!!
Is nothing sacred?
Take a good, emotive song, strip it of all it's original sentiment and make it into a formulaic chart-topper!
complete with gratuitous shots of Cowell's smug face.

What i hate in particualr are hip remixes of christmas songs.
