V1.1 uploaded

- Compiled with Visual Studio 2003. 1.0 was compiled with "Visual C++ 2005 Express Beta 1".
If this plugin didn't load at all on you system, it now will...

- Tempo are now displayed like ###.#
- Volume scale has changed. Better precision.
- Saturation is more noticeable
- The single_output version is distributed in the same zip. IxoxDelay_SingleOuput is the one you must use with Orion or with an other host that does not like the 3 stereo outputs of this effect.
- Fixed a bug with the thru slider which wasn't initialized correctly in the GUI.

I don't know why but it doesn't work in my FL. I open it in the mixer and it stops all sound coming thru that mixer channel.
