This stuff is definetly not WAREZ. You could get it all shortly after JD left the scene, okayed by him. I had it all at one time but due to disc space had to remove some. Freakin stuff.

mztk my friend im still on XP (did dabble in vista for about 3/4 days but it was asking me if it ok to open everything i clicked on > nightmare). I aint had any problems with plug-ins not working be they vst 2 or 2.4...etc. not all vst plug-ins will have to be vst3 format as they are bridged IIRC and i used alot of normal vst plug-ins on the vista install (although it was the 32-Bit version). I would not worry about it mate. If worst comes to the worst then you could/can have an XP partition for all the stuff that will not playball when you go 64-Bit so you wont lose anything apart from a few seconds deciding which partion/OS to boot intomztk wrote:lil'question:( how?.. )is there a need to somehow distinguish between
vst 2/2.4 and vst 3, and 32bit and 64bit plugins on this thread?
still with xp, so never been an issue, but keep hearing of plugins
not working anymore. s'pose it'll be fixed, eventually, somehow, by
someone. how are vst3 plugins different, and will all 64bit plugins
have to be vst3? that kinda thing.. ? anyone genned up on this?

On Wednesday January 02, 2008 at 4:47 am Jack Dark announced the release of the source code of most of his vsts :
The above mentioned Darkware complete pack uploaded by a certain bdawgnumrouno on MediaFire contains all the compiled Novuzeit plugins which to the best of my knowledge have never been released for free distribution and are consequently warez. As a parting gift to the SynthEdit scene I have decided to release all of my DarkWare and NOVUZEIT .SE1 source files for free.
What is missing? Only Mister Waveshaper and GlitchJockey that I can recall. I have no idea what happened to their source files. Also if you know how to use SynthEdit sure you can compile a NOVUZEIT plug to it's base state, but you would still be missing the presets and user manual...
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... sc&start=0
http://rapidshare.com/files/80683121/JD ... E.ZIP.html
I am stating that out of the fact that those compiled Novuzeit plugins contains both what seem to be the original presets and the original manuals which I understand should be absent from any legit modified recompilation of those Novuzeit plugs from the freely released source as stated by Jack Dark himself (see his quote above).
Am I missing something ?
I thought I had to make a guest appearance on page 400. Initially I intended to upload a pack of very rare free vsts I think many of you don't have to celebrate that 400 milestone but unfortunately I am understandably not in the mood for doing it. Too bad![]()
So VSTJunkie, can you finally clarify
what the origin of those Novuzeit plugs you distribute are ?
jesus, Dom, gone, with a HUGE ass attitude, claiming to "never come back", then the same old shit, huh?
kinda lame, dude.
most of the jack dark stuff is all stuff that I found on the waynback and posted in this f**king thread.
what a f**king buzzkill dude.
so am i dabbling in warez for spelunking that shit back into reality?
the novozuet shit has been around for months since someone took the time to compile it, and as jack does still hang around the net, and here, i'd be kinda surprised if he had a problem that he'd keep mum.
you yourself had posted things that may have been considered gray on this very thread.
perhaps would have been more tactful to pm the dawg about it rather than just
pissing on the best f**king vst resource on the f**king planet.
no offense ( ok , a little) but you gotta lotta balls coming around here just to make a bad scene outta a good one, don't you think?
i mean gawd, dude.....wtf.
jmo.....
others opine may vary.

@NEKRO
Jack Burton........priceless.
One of the best low budget corny(in a good way) movies. Gotta love any director that rips off Mortal Combat for support character baddies.

I remember a big soundfont thread somewhere, you could search for that.
