It's hard to please every user in this worldjasco wrote:Pretty please add 'Small Screen' option.
I'd love to see a "huge screen" version for my 8k ultra-mega HD prototype screen (7680×4320 pixels).
A smaller screen with limited parameters, like an "easy" view, could be a good solution. For different situations. Similar to Fabfilters GUI.

OK, now we have the white GUI, I'd love to see usability improvements. Aside from the modulation stuff I mentioned earlier in the thread, I don't understand why the preset manager can't do drag and drop. We shouldn't require unnecessary windows/folder browsing to do trivial tasks like moving a preset. Stuff like rename a preset should have a modifier like 'shift + left click', instead of having to press a 'rename' button. Why can't we type values for parameters (without the right-click menu), etc? I could go on, and on...
I'm starting to wonder who the alpha/beta team for RP are, and why they haven't pointed out this stuff (or perhaps why RP & co doesn't listen).

I assume it uses the same type of presets all other RP synths do, in which case it is FXB. If so they are in banks and not discrete preset files so drag and drop would be difficult.audiosabre wrote: I don't understand why the preset manager can't do drag and drop.

No, for this one, they switched to an all preset system. No more FXBeeszzzzzzaMUSEd wrote:I assume it uses the same type of presets all other RP synths do, in which case it is FXB. That's annoying, so it might not import into Kore any more? Is it using FXP at least?HunterKiller wrote:No, for this one, they switched to an all preset system. On the other hand if it is discrete presets then presumably they exist as files on the hardrive that can be moved around freely using Finder/Explorer?

You can create layered patches in Prisma - so you can use 4 Predator2.

Hi
I thought that RB software uses a serial number that places no such limitations on the user? Can only register on two computers.

Yeah, this is the protection.
But don't be afraid - their support is quite good.

If there is no interactions between the layers, then you can do it easily by opening 4-8 tracks of the synth in your host and arm them all. You can play them now all with a single keyegbert101 wrote:Well imagine if Predator 2 had 4 (or even 8 ) layers built into the synth, like Dune 2 or LuSH-101, and each layer having its own ARP/Sequencer or XY Screen. That would be an absolute beast.dune_rave wrote:You can create layered patches in Prisma - so you can use 4 Predator2.
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.
